We offer returns on our online orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us of your intention to return the goods to our warehouse by emailing email@example.com within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund upon receipt of the item(s), returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
ORDERS EXEMPT FROM THIS POLICY
1. Durags - Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds or accept returns on our Durags.
2. Earrings - In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.
3. Pre-orders, Made to Order and Unisex Accessories – Please note that with any products listed as "Pre-Order," "Made to Order," or any of our Accessories- we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
DONATION TO MORETREES
Please note that with all orders you will NOT be refunded the £1 we donate to More Trees. This is because with each purchase we immediately process this payment and once the payment is made, it cannot be returned to us or cancelled.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. This is because we often have limited quantities due to having one machinist, rather than using a factory. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
RETURNING ITEMS TO US
We also do not cover the cost of returning item(s) to us, unless you are requesting an exchange and a replacement product is available. This will have to have been communicated to you and approved by our Customer Services team.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, with the Swing Tag still attached to the item(s), undamaged, with a Returns Form that has been filled out in its entirety and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
If your refund is accepted and approved then it will take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed by us. We will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment.
